How to place an order?
Step 1: Select the desired quantity of Hoopo products and click on “Add to cart.” You will now be redirected to the checkout page.
Step 2: Enter your details.
Step 3: Choose your preferred payment method and apply a discount code if you have one.
Step 4: Tick the box that says “I agree to the terms and conditions and confirm I have reviewed my order.”
Step 5: Click on “Proceed to checkout.”
Step 6: Complete the payment using your selected payment method.
Once you’ve completed all these steps, your order is placed.
Payment methods
At Hoopo, we offer various ways to pay for your order. Here’s an overview of the available methods and what they mean:
iDEAL
iDEAL is the most commonly used payment method in the Netherlands. Over 60% of Dutch shoppers use it for online purchases. It’s a reliable and simple online payment method. Customers transfer money directly from their own bank account via their bank’s online platform. The customer’s bank guarantees the safety of the transaction.
Participating banks include ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and more.
Bancontact
Bancontact is mainly used by our Belgian customers and works similarly to iDEAL.
Credit card
Paying by credit card is easy. Simply enter your card details and authorize the payment. We accept:

For customers of the Belgian bank Belfius. Pay securely and in real time within your familiar online banking environment.
PayPal
Pay securely using your PayPal account without sharing personal or financial information. Also available on mobile and tablet.

For our German customers: select your bank, log in, and confirm the payment in your online banking environment.
KBC/CBC Payment Button
For customers of Belgian banks KBC (Flanders) and CBC (Wallonia). Make secure and fast payments directly via your trusted online banking.
Maestro
A prepaid card for secure online payments within Europe. Just like iDEAL, Maestro payments are guaranteed and cannot be reversed by the customer.
