Do I hear running water?

Running water makes me want to drink. I love the sound of it. Hydr is just like a gentle, flowing stream. I can drink from it without my whiskers brushing against anything. Besides, I love fresh, clean water. Just like you! This drinking fountain makes it a breeze. I also think it's very relaxing that the Hydr fountain makes almost no noise. Maintenance and cleaning

Our tips to keep the Hydr Fountain fresh and clean:

Weekly:Clean all parts with a mild organic soap solution.
Filter:change every 10 days.
Every 2–3 weeks:Flush the fountain with natural cleaning vinegar to prevent limescale build-up.
Pump filter:Also clean the plastic filter at the bottom of the pump with natural vinegar or a biodegradable soap solution.
To upload:Charge the fountain every 14 days with the supplied USB cable.

This way the water always stays clean for your cat, and the pump lasts longer!

My Hydr pump is at the end of its lifespan. Should I replace it now?

No, that's not necessary! If you're happy with Hydr, you can order a replacement Hydr pump from Hoopo. This way, you don't have to replace the entire fountain.
