Ordering is easier than taking a nap
At Hoopo®, we make ordering easy and payments secure. Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide to placing an order, the payment methods we offer, and how we secure your payment.
How to place an order
- Choose your products
Select the desired quantity of Hoopo® products and click Add to cart. - Proceed to checkout
Open your cart and click Continue to checkout. - Enter your details
Billing and shipping information, and (if desired) a different delivery address. - Enter your discount code
Have a code? Enter it and confirm. - Choose your payment method
Select the payment option you prefer. - Review & agree
Check the box to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions and have reviewed your order. - Complete your payment
Follow the steps provided by your bank or payment provider. After successful payment, you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
Tip: Was your payment unsuccessful? Try the same method again or choose one of the other options below.
Payment methods
We offer multiple payment options so you can always pay the way you prefer.
iDEAL (NL)
Pay through your own bank’s online environment. Fast and secure, with immediate confirmation. Suitable for, among others, ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Rabobank, SNS, Triodos, etc.
Klarna
Pay securely through Klarna using the payment options available during checkout.
Credit & debit cards
Pay easily with your card details and authorize your payment.

PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account without sharing your card details. Also suitable for mobile and tablet.
Bank transfer (SEPA)
Transfer the amount manually through your bank. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before we ship your order.
Please note: The available payment methods may vary by country. During checkout, we automatically show the options available for your location (such as ING Home’Pay if available).
Shop Pay
Shop Pay is Shopify’s accelerated payment method. You can check out securely using saved payment and shipping details for a fast checkout.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay easily and securely using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. This payment method is available on supported Apple devices and browsers.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay quickly and securely using your Android device or a supported browser, without having to re-enter your payment details each time.
Secure payments
SSL security (TLS)
As soon as you start checking out, you enter a secure online environment. Your transaction details are sent encrypted via an SSL connection (recognizable by the padlock in your browser).
SCA & 3D Secure
We support Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and 3D Secure where required. This means an additional verification step (e.g. bank app or SMS code) for greater security.
Payment provider: Shopify Payments
We process payments through Shopify Payments, Shopify’s integrated payment solution. This provides secure and reliable payment processing and lets you choose from multiple payment methods, such as iDEAL, Klarna, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), and PayPal. All transactions are processed through a secure SSL connection.
Prices & VAT
All consumer prices on hoopo.eu are inclusive of VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
