During the holidays, your package may experience delays. Due to increased demand at the delivery services, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery. We currently work with several carriers (DPD, DHL, and PostNL) to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes, the tracking information may show that the package hasn't been received by the carrier yet—this may be due to the busy period. As a result, delivery may take a little longer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Who is the carrier?
If you place your order on a working day before 21:59, your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days.
Note: Due to the weight or size of the package, a different carrier may be selected. In that case, you’ll still receive all delivery details via email.
Will you receive a track & trace code?
Yes, you’ll always receive a track & trace code with your order. This will be sent by email as soon as the package has been accepted by the carrier.
What happens if you’re not home at the time of delivery?
If you’re not home during delivery, your package may be delivered to your neighbors or dropped off at a nearby pick-up point.
Good to know: The package will be stored at the pick-up location for a limited time. If it’s not collected in time, it will be returned to the sender.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on business days are shipped within 24 hours. In some cases, due to high volume, it may take up to 48 hours.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €6.95. If your order exceeds €60, shipping is free.
