After Hoopo® has received your payment, we will start shipping your order. All the products we sell on Hoopo® are delivered directly from our own distribution centre. All orders received before 22:00 will be shipped the same day.
Due to the size and weight of the package, you pay shipping costs per package. When you have entered the destination in the order process, you will see the shipping costs to the destination you have chosen.
If you would like to register a return or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] The Dome litter box can be returned if the following conditions apply:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your article if you wish to return the product you have purchased.
- The article may not have been used and must be in perfect condition or in the same condition as it was delivered to you. And must be returned to us in the original packaging.
- If the item is defective, please take pictures of the problems you have discovered and email us at [email protected]
- Send items using a specified method and keep and email us a tracking number, Hoopo® is not responsible if products are not received.
- Please include the purchase invoice in the box.
- The cost of return is for the consumer.
If the customer does more with the products than assessing them and damage is caused to the products as a result, the customer is liable for this reduction in value. He may assess/use the products as it would be possible in a physical shop.
The legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs or clearance charges may be payable in the recipient's country. This is the responsibility of the recipient. And any charges will not be refunded by us if you wish to cancel your order or return goods to us for an exchange or refund.
