Shipping
After Hoopo® has received your payment, we will start shipping your order. All the products we sell on Hoopo® are delivered directly from our own distribution centre. All orders received before 22:00 will be shipped the same day.
Shipping in the EU and UK is free above €50. There are some exceptions, when you have entered the destination in the order process, you will see the shipping costs to the destination you have chosen.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The following restrictions will apply.
- The article may not have been used and must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
- If the product is damaged during transport, take photos of the defect, the damage on the packaging and a photo of the shipping label on the packaging. Mail this to: [email protected].
- The cost of return is for the consumer, the courier and cost of shipment can be seen during the return process.

Exceptions
If the customer does more with the products than assessing them and damage is caused to the products as a result, the customer is liable for this reduction in value. He may assess/use the products as it would be possible in a physical shop.
Warranty
The legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If you have a defect, please email us at [email protected] and follow our instructions. This way we can serve you the best.
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs or clearance charges may be payable in the recipient's country. This is the responsibility of the recipient. And any charges will not be refunded by us if you wish to cancel your order or return goods to us for an exchange or refund.
